Our work team does not stop when it comes to promoting the use of renewable energies throughout the country. We recently completed the installation of three photovoltaic systems in the west of the country. All of them are of vital importance, both for their contribution to the national electrical system and for their impact on economic activities and science.
1- REX Boyeros Agency, Havana: Injection photovoltaic system that will contribute 20 kWH to the electric grid, thus avoiding the burning of 8.2 tons of hydrocarbons per year and 19 tons of carbon dioxide will no longer be emitted into the atmosphere.
2- Consultoría Jurídica Internacional, Havana: 24 kWH hybrid photovoltaic system. This system will enable both the entity’s energy backup and injection into the electrical grid. It will avoid the annual emission of 22.8 tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, as well as the burning of 9.8 tons of hydrocarbons.
3- Universidad Agraria de La Habana: 9 kWP photovoltaic system. It will allow the uninterrupted operation of areas of vital importance for research in agricultural sciences. It will also prevent the burning of 3.69 tons of hydrocarbons per year and 8.55 tons of carbon dioxide will no longer be emitted into the atmosphere.
